REFUND & RETURN POLICY (EU/Spain compliant)

We hope you love your purchase from Mimar Lifestyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Online orders:

  • You may return items within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable items (hygiene & custom exceptions):

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Sealed products that have been opened

In-store purchases:

For purchases made directly in our physical store in Santanyí, returns are offered as store credit only.
